Fast Fact Fluency Quick Checks are the perfect tool to use to gauge automaticity and fluency in math.
There are 16 problems per sheet (you'll notice the number 16 is in the corner for scoring purposes). I suggest you use these as a guide for you, not for your students. I personally think first graders aren't developmentally ready for timed tests, and they can cause a lot of unnecessary anxiety and stress for students, if we're not careful. When giving these to your students, I feel it's important to emphasize that it's okay if they don't know the answers.

Some problems are repeated on the same sheet. You can print these as a whole sheet or you can print them as half sheets (two to a page).
